You’re not "too much" or "not enough." You’re simply overloaded. Together, we untangle the shame, rebuild your systems, and create a life that works with your brain instead of against it.
No fixing. No fluff. Just grounded support that sees who you are and helps you move.
This is the work we do in ADHD Redefined.
My clients are smart, self-aware women—often late-diagnosed or questioning ADHD—who are done trying to squeeze themselves into systems that were never built for them.
You’ve read the books, saved the Instagram posts, maybe even tried therapy or meds. Helpful, but incomplete. You’re craving something more practical and more honest:
If you’re nodding along, you’re in the right place.
All packages include a clear plan, honest reflection, and practical tools you can actually use in real life—not just on paper.

No homework marathons. No pressure to be a different person by next Tuesday. Just steady, practical movement.
A 20-minute conversation to understand where you are, what you’re carrying, and whether coaching is the right container for you right now.
We name the patterns you’re in, identify what’s actually workable, and choose the package that best supports the changes you want to make.
Session by session, we shift from self-blame to self-understanding, then to concrete action. You get honest reflection, clear language, and tools tailored to your actual life.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you. You won’t be pressured into a yes.
I specialize in working with women whose ADHD has been misread as laziness, chaos, or "being dramatic"—often for decades.
My work blends coaching, consulting, and pattern recognition. I translate the swirl in your head into clear language, then help you build structures that honor your capacity.
You’ll experience me as warm, direct, and unafraid to name what’s really going on—without shaming you for it. My job is to help you see the truth clearly enough that change becomes possible.
“For the first time, someone explained my patterns in a way that didn’t make me feel broken. We didn’t just talk about ‘trying harder’—we redesigned my days so my brain could actually work. I’m working less, getting more done, and not crying on the kitchen floor every Sunday night.”
— Client, late-diagnosed ADHD, product manager & parent
“Working together felt like someone finally turned the lights on in a room I’ve been stumbling through for years.”
Read through these, and if something isn’t covered, bring it to our fit call. You’re allowed to ask for exactly what you need before committing.
No. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you’re heading. We’ll talk about your past for context, but our work is centered on patterns, systems, and practical experiments to support your current and future life. If therapy or another kind of support seems more appropriate, I’ll tell you and offer referrals when I can.
You do not need a formal diagnosis. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed or self-identifying based on lived experience. We focus on how your brain and body actually function, not just labels.
Of course you are. That fear is often part of the ADHD pattern. Our work bakes this in—we create supports that assume inconsistency, not punish it. I won’t be shocked if you miss a step; we’ll get curious, adjust, and keep going.
Yes. Most clients pay for the series in monthly installments. We’ll walk through options on the fit call so the plan feels doable and honest for you.
Some clients feel complete after one series. Others transition into the Sustain Package for lighter, ongoing support. We’ll check in toward the end of our work and decide together what makes sense.
A 20-minute fit call to talk about where you’re stuck, what you’re craving, and whether ADHD Redefined is the right container for you.
Share a few details so I can show up prepared and present to our call.
