I'm Jennie Anderson, founder of ADHD Redefined. I help high-achieving women with ADHD find that part of themselves — I call her the Inner Rebel — and build a life from her instead of around her.
I'm not the kind of coach who's going to tell you to try harder or get organized. You've already tried that. You're still here.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me off-roading in my Jeep, hiking new trails, kayaking rivers, or adventuring with my kids and my Dobermans. I believe a life worth building is a life worth actually living — wild, unscheduled, and entirely yours.

ADHD Redefined was built on a simple belief: you deserve a space where you're celebrated, not managed. Where ambition, softness, brilliance, and a brain that doesn't work like everyone else's can all exist in the same room — without you having to apologize for any of it.
Working with me, you'll feel the pace — I move fast and I move forward. But we'll slow down too, because that's usually where the real shift happens.
I hold a Master's in Nursing Education, along with certifications in Health & Life Coaching, trauma-informed care, guided visualization, and ADHD coach training — built over almost a decade mentoring and teaching in the medical field. Now I bring that same rigor to this work.
